About This Course

At Study2Grow, our course is structured to facilitate a progressive journey of student development over the years. Beginning in Year One as The Inquiring Student, you will transition to Emerging Practitioners in Year Two, ultimately becoming Effective Graduates by the end of your studies. We emphasize a supportive learning environment through extended induction periods at the start of key modules in Years One and Three. These periods are designed to enhance your understanding of course requirements and foster group cohesion through student learning syndicates, creating a strong sense of community.

Two critical components of our course design that bolster student achievement are the Personal and Professional Development (PDP) and Academic Skills & Literacy (ALS) modules, which are integrated into each year of study. The PDP modules are particularly focused on enhancing employability by encouraging self-management and empowering activities that cultivate the values and skills necessary for effective service delivery.

You will experience a diverse array of teaching methods, including lectures, seminars, workshops, and field trips. Assessment will be conducted through various formats such as group projects, coursework, presentations, and podcasts, with all evaluations carried out in English. Our commitment to a digital future means that your degree will play a pivotal role in preparing you for the job market, aligning with your career aspirations. We aim to equip you with essential skills that will enhance your employability and prepare you for the next stages in your career. As blended working becomes more prevalent across industries worldwide, the experience gained from our blended learning model will build your confidence and readiness for success in a digital workplace. The structure of live contact hours with lecturers is designed to maintain engagement:
